Ordering
Ordering from Mikebon´s web shop is easy. Just browse the products, add the ones you wish to order to the shopping cart and make the payment. VAT is included in all prices. Delivery costs will be added.
You can browse the products without logging in but if you wish to place an order you will need to register/login first. Payment service is provided by Paytrail.
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation. Check the details of your order and keep the confirmation in case you need it later.
To be able to order from the web shop you need to be at least 15 years old.
Estimated time of delivery is 1 week.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized payment institution that works in cooperation with Finnish bank and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is shown as the payment recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Delivery
Orders outside of Finland will be delivered by GLS Finland. Delivery cost depends on the destination country. Orders of 99 euros or more will be delivered freight free. We deliver only inside Europe.
Returning of products
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. We require the product to be unused and in its original condition.
Fill the return form carefully and attach it to the return parcel. The address to which the products may be returned is Mikebon Oy, Tiilitie 6, 01720 Vantaa, Finland.
Paytrail will return the payment within 14 days after receiving the returned products.
Customer communication
Mikebon will send marketing messages and customer service messages to customer´s email and mobile phone.
Once you have registered to web shop, you can allow the sending of marketing messages on Personal info section.
Customer service messages are related to your order and delivery. By accepting the terms and conditions you accept also customer service messages. The delivery address will be saved in Mikebon´s ordering system. All other personal information will be saved in web shop.
